Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery services, all products sold on MTCGAME (including but not limited to game keys, digital top-ups, gift cards, and other digital content) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
1. Delivery Definition
Delivery is considered completed when:
- The digital code is displayed, revealed, or accessed in the user's account
- The product is delivered via email to the registered email address
- A top-up or direct load has been successfully processed
Once delivery is completed, the transaction is final and irreversible.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds, replacements, or compensation will NOT be provided in any of the following cases:
- The code has been displayed, revealed, accessed, or viewed
- The code has been redeemed, activated, or used
- The product is accessible but unused
- Incorrect product selection by the user
- Region or platform incompatibility
- Incorrect Player ID, username, or account details provided
- Successful top-up or direct load delivery
- Any form of user error or negligence
3. Third-Party Platform Responsibility
MTCGAME is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Steam, PUBG, or other game publishers.
This includes account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or policy enforcement actions occurring after delivery, access, or redemption of the product.
Such cases do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation under any circumstances.
4. Top-Up Transactions
All top-up and direct load transactions are instant and irreversible.
Users are fully responsible for providing accurate account information. MTCGAME is not responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by user-provided details.
5. Chargebacks and Abuse
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after successful delivery will be treated as fraudulent activity.
MTCGAME reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
- Block future transactions
- Restrict access to services
- Take legal or administrative action where necessary
6. Exception Handling
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- The product was not delivered due to a verified system error
- The code is proven invalid at the time of delivery
All cases are subject to internal investigation and require clear supporting evidence.
7. Final Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that all digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, and all risks related to usage, compatibility, and platform restrictions are the sole responsibility of the user.
